Tired of seeing the daily rubbish and mess around the city. Just want to get a job which has some meaning to the citizen of Los Santos, i.e. cleaning the city to make it a better place.

Um, well, I got the agility and the stamina to bare extreme conditions which can include weather, daily traffic, or maybe over-time duties.
